* We will market the tickets through social media and general comunication with other people *The tickets will be sold on an online ticket service "We Got Tickets" who take 10% commission from the tickets sold. * Most of the band can provide their own gear for the gig but a PA system will need to be hired which is normally included in the cost of the venue. Also a mixing desk and patch box will be needed which is likely to be provided by the sound engineer or the venue. * One sound engineer will be needed (approximately £50 per night) because the venues that we would be likely to play in would be small to medium sized and if any additional bands are performing will be likely to be the same size as ours or local musicians.

* Two to three members of security (approximately £75 per person per night) will be needed depending of the size, location, and layout of the venue, spread across the front entrance of the venue and inside the venue monitoring the behaviour of the audience and backstage ensuring the safety of equipment and instruments. * The cost of marketing will be around £200 due to the costs of printing and designing promotional material and any fees that may be involved when marketing the tickets on social media, however costs of printing could be reduced by doing it ourselves but will be likely to be less efficient, take longer to produce, and the quality of the promotional material could vary.
