Below is the timeline plan of what was structured after I was forced to work on my own, however due to a variety of reasons the deadlines and targets listed were not met. Therefore I have ended up writing and recording one original track and remixing a selection of different tracks created by bands at college, however my participation with the final college gig is still uncertain.

October Week 4: Write a chord progression in the key of A to be used in the first song to be written.

November Week 1: Record a rough guide guitar using the chord progression I finished writing last week and have choose the base preset effects I will use to create the desired sound for the track.

November Week 2: Transfer the chord progression to create a bass line which will allow guitar parts to be added. I will be looking at accents and using hammer-ons to "bring the music to life".

November Week 3: Record a Guide bass track and break apart the chord structure to add extra instruments such as synthesizers and drum sections or an effective rhythmic pause of a selection of instruments.

Between Week 3 & 4: Designs for Album art and potential merchandise will be in development.

November Week 4: Record the finalized take of guitars and begin adding additional instruments.

December Week 1: Finish any extra recording and edit & export the track to release onto my website, music streams (Spotify, Soundcloud, ect), social media, and if time allows I will place each track onto a single CD on completion as promotional special editions to raise promotion in preparation for the full album release in June.

December Half Term: I will begin writing the second song's chord structure.

January Week 2: Write a guide chord progression in a selected key for the second song and start programming a simple drum track.

January Week 3: Create and record the guitar track's chord progression with some dynamic changes.

January Week 4: Write and record a guide bass line to the already recorded tracks

February Week 1: Write a Synth/keyboard progression to the guitar track.

February Week 2: Finalise each instrumental part and make any adjustments or changes.

February Week 3: Record the final takes of instrumentation and export the completed song to mp3 and WAV files and also record to a CD disk.

February Week 4: Focus on improving my guitar technique and compositional skills

March Week 1: Find two existing songs to cover in my own style and learn one song ready to record.

March Week 2: Record the first cover song, learn the next song ready to record.

March Week 3: Record the second cover song. Mix and export them both out onto my showreel and main website.
